Mr. DeFino is a member of RatnerPrestia's Electrical, Computer and E-Commerce Practice Group as well as RatnerPrestia's Litigation Practice Group. At RatnerPrestia, Mr. DeFino engages in electrical, computer, and electronic patent application preparation and prosecution and provides litigation support. Mr. DeFino earned his Bachelors of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Temple University. While in school, Mr. DeFino received an award from NASA as well as a Diamond Award from Temple University for his "First Robotics" senior design project and his contribution to the field of robotics. In 1996, Mr. DeFino earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. He gained extensive trial and litigation experience as an Assistant Public Defender of Delaware County for seven years and as a general practitioner. Mr. DeFino's past experience also includes judicial clerkships for Anthony R. Semeraro, J., Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County and Clement J. McGovern, Jr., J., Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. Mr. DeFino is a member of RatnerPrestia's Electric / Computer / Business Method Group. |
