Mr. Kadian concentrates his practice on insurance premium litigation, insurance coverage litigation, workers� compensation and related civil litigation. During law school, Mr. Kadian was a Law Clerk for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey�s New York Litigation Division. Mr. Kadian also has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, banking, fraud, employment discrimination, and unfair competition. Mr. Kadian has represented insurance companies, national banks, health care facilities, and pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Kadian is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Associate and the New York Bar Association. |
