Christine D. Jaroszewicz is the Director of Human Resources. With more than 12 years of experience in industries ranging from technology, to manufacturing, to financial services and consulting, Ms. Jaroszewicz has established herself as a key strategic contributor in the overall growth and evolution of the firm. Areas of expertise and accountability in her current role include recruiting and retention programs; employee training and development; HR compliance; operational administration and supervision; and long-range organizational planning and development. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Jaroszewicz provided human resources support, with an emphasis on recruiting and communications, for Prestolite Wire Corporation, a wire and cable manufacturer. Additional responsibilities included managing the integration and assimilation of acquired businesses into the culture of the parent company. Ms. Jaroszewicz also served as Operations Director for Applied Technology, Inc., where she worked in close conjunction with public sector clients and partners including government agencies, school districts and the Department of Defense, and was responsible for such functions as human resources, marketing and accounting, as well as client relations and project implementation. Ms. Jaroszewicz earned a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, with concentrations in Marketing and International Business, and holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) designation. Overall career highlights include placement of more than 300 employees and certification as a Kolbe consultant. Ms. Jaroszewicz is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and ASE (American Society of Employers). Ms. Jaroszewicz also is an active volunteer for Junior Achievement. |
