Mr. Kim heads up the operational practice at Envoy Advisors. He has provided world class operational consulting to Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries such as automotive, telecommunications, aerospace and Internet services. Most recently, Mr. Kim has performed operational due diligence on behalf of a large international buyout fund. In addition, he has provided manufacturing consulting services to a $4.5 billion retailer in the food service industry. In this capacity, Mr. Kim has facilitated the adoption of corporate strategies by improving manufacturing operations. Mr. Kim has been instrumental in providing expert consulting services that has enabled the deployment of new products in a cost effective, coordinated manner. Prior to joining Envoy, Mr. Kim worked for Yomo Consulting a leading operations-management consulting firm located in Farmington, CT. Mr. Kim worked as a team member and trained under senior Yomo consultants doing hands-on Toyota Production System implementations. The scope of work included establishment of work processes, production planning, product design, distribution and logistics. Mr. Kim�s abilities and successes allowed him to serve as a project leader and coach clients on how to restructure their business to manufacture products or deliver services more efficiently.
