Dennis Langer, M.D., J.D. is a Director of the Company as of May 2004. He was previously Senior Vice President in Research and Development at GlaxoSmithKline and has a broad base of experience in innovative R&D companies such as Eli Lilly, Abbott and GD Searle. He is also a Clinical Professor at the Department of Psychiatry, Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Langer has earned a J.D.
