Dennis Rounsville joined Tembec following its acquisition of Crestbrook Forest Industries (CFI) in 1999 as Chief Forester - British Columbia.
A native of Cranbrook, British Columbia and a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. in Forestry, he began his career with CFI in 1978. He has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including those of Chief Forester and Vice President, Forest Resource Management, British Columbia. Prior to his current functions, Mr. Rounsville was Vice President, British Columbia.
Mr. Rounsville has been active in a number of industry and trade associations. He is a past Chair and a Director of the Council of Forest Industries (BC), Chair of Woodworks BC, and a past Chair of the Interior Lumber Manufacturers Association, as well as other industry and trade associations. |
