Derek A. Wolman concentrates in corporate and real estate law, with an emphasis in the area of health care and financing. Representative clients include health care professionals and facilities and companies servicing the health care community; real estate developers, managers and commercial lenders regarding loans and workouts. Mr. Wolman is a recognized authority in mental health law and is a lecturer in forensic psychology. From 1984 to 1988 Mr. Wolman was counsel to the New York State Psychological Association. He has extensive experience with domestic relations matters, including custody and contested divorce actions and has been featured in Parenting Magazine and other publications in that regard. He was admitted to practice in 1984 and received a J.D. degree from New York Law School (1983). He received a B.A. degree from Temple University (cum laude, 1980). |
