Derham Cole's practice involves a wide range of business law matters. Mr. Cole has experience representing small to medium-sized private and public companies with respect to corporate formation and governance issues, mergers and acquisitions and general contract issues. He has also advised clients in securities law matters, including public and private offerings of equity securities and compliance with the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Mr. Cole spent eight months in Paris, France as a student in the French track of the Master of International Business Studies program at the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business. In Paris, he studied at the Ecole Sup�rieure de Commerce de Paris-Ecole Europ�enne des Affaires (ESCP-EAP) and worked for CDC Ixis Bank. |
