Desir�e Demonbreun concentrates her practice on general employment and labor law representing management. She is experienced in all types of employment discrimination charges and litigation. She has handled various administrative proceedings as well as state and federal court matters. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Desir�e was an associate at a local labor and employment law firm in Tampa, Florida.
Desir�e is admitted to all Florida state courts, and the Northern, Middle and Southern U.S. District Courts of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar; the American Bar Association; the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division; and the George Edgecomb Bar Association.
During law school, she was a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Board (General Vice Chair, 2002). She was also a member and officer (2001, 2002) of the University of Florida Trial Team (2001, 2002 State Champions; 2002 National Champions), in which she was an active participant on the 2002 National Championship team.
