Devadas has an extensive business and technical background in the electronics industry. He was a founder and Managing Director of Caltos Capital. He was the CTO of Ambit Design Systems, a Cadence Fellow and a vice president and chief technical officer of the Ambit Group of Cadence. He has held senior engineering positions at Silicon Compiler Systems, Mentor Graphics and Viewlogic Systems. Devadas served on the Board of Directors of Optim Networks and ArcadiaOne. Devadas received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology India, his M.S. in electrical engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland and his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has several patents and published papers in the area of logic synthesis. |
