Devin joined cMarket in April 2007 as Vice President of Sales. He has spent the last twelve years in senior sales, management and leadership for several highly successful venture backed startup companies in New England. Devin spent eight years at Monster.com (NASDAQ; MNST) joining the initial management team as employee #12. He was the third member of the Monster sales team holding the roles of Regional Telesales Manager and Regional VP of Telesales. During his tenure, he was a driving force in growing the Telesales Revenue from $1M to $250M, expanding to four sales center locations in the US and Europe and helped solidify Monster's position as the leading global online career site. After Monster he joined Constant Contact, helping to build it into the industry leader in email marketing targeting small businesses and nonprofits. Devin started their direct sales organization and was responsible for day-to-day management and strategic direction scaling it to over 20 team members. Devin earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College. He lives west of Boston with his wife and 2 daughters where he coaches youth sports. |
