Devon Glenn has been the Chief Operating Officer of The Boyer Company since 2001. He served as Vice President, Asset Management for The Boyer Company from 1998 - 2001, overseeing the property management division that manages properties on behalf of The Boyer Company and other 3rd party clients. The portfolio includes medical, office and retail properties located in Idaho, Utah, Arizona and Texas. Devon�s expertise includes property strategies, reporting, value-enhancing opportunities and property sales. Before coming to The Boyer Company Devon served as Vice President for the Prudential Realty Group in Parsippany, New Jersey. His responsibilities included asset management of a 1.5 million square foot portfolio and project sales totaling $400 million. Devon was also Vice President for the Prudential Realty Group in Houston, New Orleans, Denver and Los Angeles. His responsibilities in each of these locations included overseeing the leasing and management of multi-tenanted office buildings, regional malls and neighborhood shopping centers. In each location, the portfolio size was in excess of $300 million representing 10 properties. Devon received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. |
