Dhiraj is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is responsible for Process Excellence, Migrations and Six Sigma at EXL. He has over 15 years of work experience with over 7 years in the business process outsourcing industry. He has spent 6 years with GE Capital International Services, BPO subsidiary of GE. During his stint, he has worked on assignments in transitions, six sigma quality and operations, handling complex back office transaction processes for GE Insurance, USA. His other assignments have been in the financial services industry with ITC and Essar, two large business houses of India. Dhiraj is an economics graduate from Delhi University and a postgraduate in Business Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India. |
