Ms. Hicks joined the Company in 1994 as the office manager and has held positions of increasing responsibility inside the Company until 1999, when she was promoted to Vice President of Business Operations. Mrs. Hicks manages all financial and business operations of the Company, including banking, leasing, purchasing, accounts receivable, corporate accounting and human resources. She is a Trustee of the DeJarnette Research Systems Money Purchase and 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plans as well as the Administrator of the deferred compensation and retirement plans. She is also a member of the Corporate Board of Directors. From 1990 until 1994, Ms. Hicks worked in the non-profit sector, as the Assistant Director of the Grant-A-Wish Foundation and Operations Manager for the Children�s House at Johns Hopkins. She received a B.S. degree in Administrative Science from Villa Julie College. |
