Diana Hilburn is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Via Christi Health System and Via Christi Regional Medical Center. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the Via Christi strategy to utilize information technology to improve patient safety, meet increased market demands, enhance quality, and to improve overall business operation efficiencies across the Health System, as well as regional. She joined Via Christi in October, 1999 in her current role. Prior to joining Via Christi, Diana worked for the Boeing Company in various technical and management positions. Her last position with Boeing was as the Director of Quality for the Military Division in Wichita.
Diana serves on several task forces of the Healthcare Cost Containment Committee headed by Kansas Lt. Gov. John Moore. She also holds leadership positions in Information Services professional organizations.
Diana has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. |
