Diana is a 2004 honors graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a BS in Sociology and a minor in psychology. While attending college full-time, she worked within the customer service divisions of local companies.

After graduation, Diana joined Marc-Allen Associates as a full-time Research Associate. She was quickly promoted to Executive Retail Recruiter and was subsequently promoted again in early 2006 to Senior Executive Recruiter. Diana specializes in placing mid to executive level management candidates in both corporate and field positions.

In 2006, Diana earned the distinction of being the Top Performer within Marc-Allen Associates reflecting her overall placement success and leadership in client billings. She has opened many new client accounts and currently manages both local and nationwide retail client business.
