Charged with the overall strategic and business direction of the company, Diana brings vast leadership and management experience to her role as president. Formerly the head of DMM Consulting, Inc. in Parkland, Florida, Diana consulted with industry executives to improve transaction services, develop business and product strategy and create operational efficiencies.
Prior to that, Diana was Chief Operating Officer for Chase Merchant Services, where she oversaw all aspects of the strategic and daily operations with regard to technical solutions, account implementations and association compliance. She also directed the customer service group, responding to the needs and issues of national merchants.
Prior to 1991, Diana held sales and sales management positions with First USA Merchant Services, First Bankcard Center, a division of First National Bank of Omaha, and NCR Credit Corporation.
Diana is a member of the Visa Acquirers Executive Council and MasterCard's Acquirer Committee. She has previously served on several Visa and MasterCard committees. Diana holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, from Western Illinois University. |
