Diane Irvin, Senior Vice President, earned a B.A. in English from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana, and a B.A. in social work from Colorado State University, Fort Collins. She began her career in social casework, and has taught in the College of Management Development at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Diane later formed Options Unlimited, a training and consulting firm, where she conducted workshops for entrepreneurs and small companies. In 1988, Diane Irvin and Rim Yurkus co-founded Strategic Programs, Inc., where she manages key accounts and outlines corporate development strategies, develops initiatives to implement them, and fosters professional alliances. In addition, Diane is a member of the American Resort Development Association s Workforce Solutions group, through which she speaks about, and supports, the group s focus on HR and organizational effectiveness and profitability. |
