Diane Lamosao is a lead member of ITK's consulting team. She has dual expertise as a process analyst and systems analyst-specializing in ensuring data integrity for data intensive business process redesign (BPR) initiatives. Leveraging her extensive experience with application development as a supporting tool for BPR and knowledge management initiatives, she ensures that information systems are properly balanced with business needs, process controls, and user training and documentation. Diane is also one of ITK�s senior technical managers, and is responsible for oversight of the firm�s systems development life cycle and implementation of the firm�s application development methodology. She works closely with ITK�s application development staff to ensure that there are proper management controls over the development environment and that the software produced and its accompanying documentation meet ITK�s best practice-based quality standards. Diane was formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's Washington Consulting Practice (later part of IBM Global Services). During her tenure there, she supported a five-year, multi-million dollar implementation of an inter-organizational knowledge management practice in the defense sector. |
