Diane Prier joined American Capital in 2006 as a Principal on the Operations Team. Prior to joining American Capital, Diane was President of Equitable Supply and responsible for the development, drilling and operations functions of a $500 million Exploration & Production business centered in the Appalachian basin. Before working with Equitable, Diane was President of Williams Alaska, which included marketing, operations, engineering and external affairs for both refinery and convenience store assets. She also served as Operations Vice President for the Rockies region of Williams� Midstream business prior to her Alaska assignment. Diane joined Williams after working with Raytheon Design & Constructors, where she developed process designs for refineries and chemical plants. Diane started her career at Exxon with assignments in facility design and oil & gas plant operations.
Diane received her bachelor�s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. |
