Clients headquartered in the U.S. and France have enlisted Diane to build private equity, venture capital and LBO teams, relying on her cultural and professional expertise. Among the positions she has filled for portfolio companies are CEO, CFO, and members of the board of directors. Her experience also includes assisting asset management and private banking companies. Diane began her executive search career with Heidrick & Struggles, where she was a senior partner specializing in corporate finance. During her tenure, she was based in New York and Paris. A career-long global executive, Diane entered the financial services industry as an analyst with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, later transferring to Paris where she was involved in merger and acquisition activity for premier European-based clients. She deepened her M&A experience by participating in the creation of Banque Arjil. Later she held a variety of positions with Compagnie de Presbourg, a Paris exchange-listed investment fund. Diane holds a Magistere degree in law and taxation from the University of Paris and a YMP degree from INSEAD.
