2002 California Staffing Professional of the Year! We are lucky to have Diane as a member of our team. She has been a Professional Direct Placement Consultant and Health Care Recruiter since 1987. Diane is currently the President/CEO of AMDG, Inc. which is the parent corporation for DEC Personnel. Currently, in addition to running a successful desk as a medical recruiter, Diane is back on the Board of Directors as Vice President for CSP - California Staffing Professionals. Diane Skullr's past also includes several years on the Board of Directors for CSP, which is the California organization of professional recruiters, following a strict standard of ethics and responsibility. She continuously held a board position from 1999 until 2004. Also, Diane has served for several years on the Government Affairs Committee for CSP and retains her direct contact to the CSP lobbyist firm of Kenyon & Edelstein. What this means for you is that Diane will keep up to date information on legistative issues facing employers in California, specifically, the clients of DEC Health Care Personnel. She was a co-chair of the 2007 CSP Educational Conference in Palm Dester, CA. Diane Skullr was also the conference chair for the CSP Western Regional Conference which was held at the Disney Resort in Anaheim, California in April, 2002. She has current contacts with the leading industry trainers throughout the United States. This gives her and her staff access to leading edge technology and strategies useful in recruiting & staffing only the best.
