Diane Wang serves as Senior Vice President in the firm�s Shanghai office. She has over 15 years private industry experience in North America and Asia Pacific including 7 years dedicated to the recruitment and staffing of practices for Japan, China and Hong Kong. She has an extensive background in resourcing of personnel with expertise in the areas of retail and consumer products industries. Ms. Wang�s broad industry experience provides her with unique capability to understand and focus on the successful placement of top executives within key industries. Her language skills and background allow her to further support her clients with an understanding of cultural diversity necessary to capture top level individuals. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Wang was the Director of Administrative services for Asia Pacific for a top global consulting firm. Her responsibilities included recruitment of top level individuals specific to the consumer products and retail industry. Her recruitment responsibilities included negotiation of employment contracts and packages. In addition her prior responsibilities have included internal finance and operational support. Born and raised in Taiwan, Ms. Wang is trilingual fluent in Mandarin, English and Japanese. She earned her Masters Degree in the United States from University of San Francisco in Public Administration.
