Professional Profile Dianne Harms has been employed at Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. since 1984. She is a Legal Assistant in the firm�s Labor and Employment Benefits Department where she drafts, proofreads and edits various documents necessary for Union administration including agreements for project labor, collective bargaining, mergers and trusts. She also coordinates the due diligence and document exchange aspects of various mergers. Ms. Harms does extensive research for her department and works the post judgment enforcement efforts for them as well. Additionally, she is responsible for Federal Election and State, New York City and County Board of Election filings for clients with Political Action Committees. Ms. Harms also performs research for the Litigation Department.Education Ms. Harms earned a M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University in 1989. She holds a B.S. degree from St. John�s University. Community Involvement Ms. Harms is involved in various local charitable organizations. She is a member of the Baldwin Auxiliary of South Nassau Communities Hospital. She also works with various committees at her church and is a tutor for the Catholic Charities Math Tutoring program each spring. |
