Ms. Moretzsohn is an attorney with McCausland Keen & Buckman in the litigation practice area where she focuses on employment law. She is involved in the counseling of businesses, corporate executives and human resources managers in the areas of employment law and litigation and human resource management. Ms. Moretzsohn provides counseling and training in the areas of sexual harassment, wage and hour compliance, reductions in force, termination management, union avoidance, non-compete agreements, employee disciplinary procedures, and litigation avoidance. Ms. Moretzsohn has working knowledge of federal and state laws affecting the workplace including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Pennsylvania Wage Payment & Collection Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. She is involved in the drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiation and enforcement of employment agreements, non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, severance and settlement agreements, employee handbooks and personnel policies. Ms. Moretzsohn is also experienced in general corporate matters, contract law, and mergers and acquisitions, having previously served as Senior Counsel to IKON Office Solutions. Ms. Moretzsohn also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in Human Resource Management at Eastern University in St. David's, PA.
