Dianne Stokely is responsible for Global Contact Centers and Worldwide Revenue Operations for FedEx Corporation. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, technology and engineering as well as operations for these critical areas. She also leads the Customer Support areas of claims, trace and package engineering within FedEx�s professional services company.
Dianne has been Senior Vice President of Customer Services & Operations Support; President/General Manager of Latin America and the Caribbean; and Vice President of Domestic Operations for FedEx.
She earned her bachelor�s degree in accounting and her MBA at the University of Memphis. She joined FedEx in 1974. She has served as board member of the World Trade Center in Miami, Fla.; the Tennessee Childcare Facilities Corporation; Holston Children�s Home, Greeneville, TN, and the Memphis Zoological Society. She has also served on the President�s Advisory Board, Carson Newman College and as Chairman of CLADEC, the Latin America Express Industry Association.
