State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (J.D., 1993) Dianne S. Ruhlandt joined the Firm in 2001 as an associate. Her practice area focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters as well as non-bankruptcy matters involving commercial litigation, collections and appellate work. Ms. Ruhlandt has extensive experience in representing debtors, and secured and unsecured creditors, in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases both locally and nationally, as well as in cases involving mortgage foreclosure and other real property matters. Ms. Ruhlandt is a member of the State Bars of Michigan and Florida, the Federal Bar Association and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Ms. Ruhlandt is also admitted to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. |
