Dianne Puls began her career in human resources management with American Hospital Supply Corporation. After corporate assignments in management development and college recruiting, she moved to one of the company�s operating pharmaceutical divisions, where she was responsible for sales recruiting as well as training and development. In addition to the six years spent in the healthcare industry, Dianne also worked in HR with ARCO Oil & Gas.

Dianne�s recent experience has been with one of the top five global executive search firms. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, telecommunications, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, and information technology. Her recruiting expertise spans functional areas such as operations, business development, sales & marketing, human resources, and engineering.

As a member of the D�Antoni Partners team, Dianne participates in candidate development and client management activities for executive level positions. Additionally, she will be working with the firm�s principals executing mid-level searches in response to clients� occasional needs for retained search services below the C-level.

Dianne graduated from Cornell University with a degree in psychology. She and her husband, a healthcare executive, have two sons in college and reside in Irving, TX.
