Avedick B. Poladian (Independent Director) has served as Director since September 2004 and currently serves on the Company's Audit, Compensation, and Nominating & Governance Committees. Mr. Poladian is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a real estate developer. Mr. Poladian serves on the Boards of Psomas, an architectural and engineering firm; the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles; the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce; and the University of Southern California School of Public Policy, Planning and Development. He is a Trustee of the Museum of the American West.
Prior to joining Lowe, Mr. Poladian was a partner with Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Poladian is a past Chairman of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles; a former Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Board of Loyola Marymount University; and a past Chairman of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Poladian is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and Chief Executives Organization. |
