Mr. Todd has been with SBER since 1998 and during this time he has held six administrative positions in the Accounting, Human Resources, and Office Services departments. Currently serving as Director of Facilities, he oversees the expedition of package delivery, supply ordering, and office equipment purchasing. He also works cooperatively with the Property Management team to keep the Tide Point facility in good working order. Since SBER has expanded into other cities and markets, Mr. Todd helps to coordinate the establishment of permanent offices in such cities as Providence, Durham and Boston. Mr. Todd has recently added coordination the company s credit card program to his portfolio. He has coordinated partners' meetings, key manager meetings, and monthly management meetings during his time at SBER.He is also responsible for providing introductory workshops and personality overviews for new employees, as well as assisting with team building, problem solving, and conflict management of all employees using the DiSC Personal Development Profile. Prior to arriving at SBER, Mr. Todd served 28 years as a Presbyterian pastor and denominational executive. He puts much of that background to work by supporting many of our community partnerships. He has been a project coordinator for James W. Rouse Day for the past several years, helped institute SBER's mentoring program with Francis Scott Key School, and serves on the Board of the Maryland Health Care Initiative, which attempts to gain legislative support for an affordable health care plan for all residents. In addition, Mr. Todd leads a weekly support group at the Baltimore Station recovery program for homeless men with addictions. |
