Dilip Chandwani leads Kline's Manufacturing & Supply Chain practice within the firm�s management consulting division. With 30+ years experience in various process and manufacturing industries, Dilip has helped numerous clients in a wide range of process and manufacturing industries in identifying opportunities to reduce manufacturing and supply chain costs. He has special interest in conducting detailed competitive assessments. During his 16 years with Kline & Company, Dilip has directed or conducted hundreds of engagements that have included diagnosing clients� internal operations, assessing competitors� manufacturing capabilities and costs, and providing recommendations to improve competitive position and profitability. These programs combine knowledge of the manufacturing and supply chain issues across various industry segments with skills in competitive intelligence, engineering, and business analysis. Prior to joining Kline, Dilip worked as Manager of Information Analysis for Engineering Information Inc. (an Elsevier company) in New York, for SRI International in Menlo Park, CA in area of process economics, and for Engineers India Ltd. for eight years in process engineering of several chemical plants and refining units. He earned Bachelor of Technology with Honors in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India and M.S.Ch.E from New Jersey Institute of Technology. |
