Mr. Bragin was appointed as Head of Consumer Market Solutions Business Unit in September 2005. Mr. Bragin has been working for Golden Telecom since 1994 where he started as a Sales Manager and then worked as Senior Sales Manager from January 1996 to September 1997, Deputy Sales Director from October 1997 to March 1999, Carrier Services Director from April 1999 to September 2002, Deputy Managing Director of the Wholesale Business Unit from September 2002 to February 2003, and Vice President Business Development in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department from February 2003 to September 2005. Over the years of his service at Golden Telecom he has gained tremendous professional experience in the field of telecommunications. In his current position Mr. Bragin is in charge of numerous commercial wireless projects. Mr. Bragin is a graduate of Moscow Military University of Foreign Languages with specialization in English and Swedish. He also completed a number of training courses in Sales Techniques, Customer Service, and Business Management held in Russia, UK and USA. |
