Doc Devore has been the Director of Research & Development at MDI since 2001. In this role, he oversees the programming of all aspects of new and existing MDI software. However, Doc began his career at MDI as a trainer and new client implementation specialist back in 1996. He then spent about 3 years as a Client Support Representative.
Doc is originally from Grand Junction, Colorado, but spent many years in Wyoming before moving to St. Louis to work for MDI. Over the years, he has held a wide variety of different occupations, from Nursing Home Office Manager, to Accounting Manager for manufacturing and construction companies, to radio broadcaster. In fact, he spent 10 years on the radio and won the Wyoming Broadcasters Best Radio Program in 1979. In addition, he is an ordained and active minister. He even officiated at two weddings in 2006.
Doc is married to Cheryl and they have five children, including athletes, musicians, a rock star and a comedian. Away from MDI, Doc enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with various ministries in his church.
