As AOL's Vice President of Interactive Marketing, Stirpe was responsible for the management and development of AOL strategic relationships and investments with companies such as Microsoft, Sears, Target, Walmart, Gateway, and Hewlett Packard. Stirpe also served as Managing Director of AOL's Product Marketing division, helping shape, define and launch a broad range of online business products vital to today's interactive experience. Additionally, Stirpe spent 10 years at IBM Corp., gaining experience as a Consulting Marketing Representative. There he delivered custom computing solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Federal Express and Walmart and handling $200 million in annual revenue.
Stirpe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. He also completed numerous business and management courses through IBM's Management School. |
