Livingston is executive director/technology for Belo Interactive Media. His responsibilities include management of Belo Interactive Media's software development projects and web serving infrastructure. Livingston began his career as a software support specialist for Belo Corporation in 1984. Over a 15-year period at Belo Corporation and The Dallas Morning News, Livingston served in various manager and director roles in the Information Management and Information Technology departments. In his last position, Livingston was responsible for computer networks, strategic technical planning, and software recommendation and negotiation. Livingston joined Belo Interactive Media in November 1999 in their Business Development group. He moved into the technology department in 2001 to start the company's Rapid Development group and lead the application migration of Belo Interactive Media's non-Dallas web sites to a centralized hosting environment. Later, he spearheaded the selection and implementation of technologies that facilitate the company's Audience Management initiatives. Livingston was named executive director/technology in September 2003. He and his wife Dana have a son and daughter. |
