Don E. Kelly, Jr., Vice President of Operations
Don Kelly joined MeasureUp in May, 2004, and has responsibility for the company's Customer Support, Quality Assurance, and Operations departments. Kelly has been an essential part of the development of quality products and highly successful support relationships with our largest customers. Additionally, Kelly has increased the operational efficiency of MeasureUp while decreasing operational costs. Prior to joining MeasureUp, Kelly managed a Quality Assurance Team of 26, which were accountable for the testing and on-time, quality deployments and releases of various systems including Windows and Web based applications, using automated and structured testing processes and methodologies, for a $950M insurance company. Additionally, he was responsible for providing strategic direction for organizational testing and quality assurance related activities while evaluating how future technology solutions would impact current and future business strategies. Kelly has professional certifications as a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) as well as a BBA in Risk Management from the Business School at the University of Georgia. |
