Mr. Harvey is President and Chief Operating Officer of Emergency Medical Services Corporation, and was elected a director of Emergency Medical Services Corporation in July 2005. Mr. Harvey joined EmCare as an executive officer in 2001 and was appointed President in June 2002. Mr. Harvey is a co-founder of BIDON Companies where he has been a Managing Partner since 1999. Prior to that, he served as President of the Eastern Region of Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Inc. from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Harvey was an executive officer of PhyMatrix Corp. and Executive Vice President of JFK Healthcare System. Mr. Harvey is a director of several organizations, including the emergency medicine industry trade association EDPMA. Mr. Harvey has a Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University .
