Mr. Desbiens and his team works with CHiL�s development partners in process, assembly and test to insure that CHiL�s roadmap includes reliable, high quality, cost effective silicon solutions from leading wafer fab and ATE companies. Mr. Desbiens has already and will continue to implement the systems to allow CHiL�s products to ramp to high volume production with the highest quality standards. He also works in conjunction with our development partners insuring that CHiL�s development teams work with the most cost effective processes and tools to meet the requirements of CHiL�s customers. Mr. Desbiens comes most recently from Fairchild Semiconductor where he was the VP of Worldwide Technology Development. Prior to that, he held various senior management positions at National Semiconductor in the fields of Process Development, EDA, and Device Development. Mr. Desbiens holds a BA in Physics from Middlebury College as well as an MS in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |
