Don East joined NuTech Energy Alliance in 2006. He currently helps develop and maintain the Houston, New Orleans and Lafayette markets.
Mr. East graduated in 1976 from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He has spent the past 30 years developing domestic and international accounts:
As Vice President of Genesis Eurasia he was responsible for supporting NuTech technology expansion into Indonesia, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, and Ukraine.
As Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning with GIS Wireline Oilfield Service, Mr. East helped introduce Western logging technology and capabilities into Kazakhstan.
With both Halliburton and Numar, Mr. East successfully introduced MRI technology into the marketplace with significant results.
Mr. East spent the first 16 years of his career with Schlumberger Well Services initially a Field Engineer, ultimately becoming a District Manager.
Mr. East is also affiliated with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Society of Petroleum Well Log Analysts (SPWLA). |
