Don has an extensive background in corporate aviation and is responsible for all of Leading Edge�s technical support and services. Don is a United States Air Force veteran with a degree in Aviation Sciences from Columbus State. He worked for Dresser Industries for 23 years serving as an Aircraft Flight Mechanic, B-707 Flight Engineer, Quality Control Manager, and Director of Maintenance in their flight department. Since joining the company he has managed well over 100 aircraft deliveries on behalf of the company�s clients and been instrumental in several department startups. Those aircraft range in size from Cessna Citation to Boeing 757. In addition to many aircraft specific technical schools, Don has completed the Managing the Corporate Aviation Function course at the University of Virginia�s Darden School. He currently holds an Airframe and Powerplant certificate with Inspection Authorization, is a private pilot, and also an accredited IS-BAO auditor. |
