With more than 20 years Operations experience, Don has a comprehensive background developing, directing and implementing near term and strategic programs for leading medical device companies including Medtronic and Johnson & Johnson. He has been credited with reorganizing operations departments and infrastructures to sustain business unit growth by more than $50 million via product line and asset acquisitions, as well as contract and off-shore manufacturing.
