Mr. Don Huang was elected as a director to fill a vacant seat on the Company's Board of Directors in October, 2006. Since 2006, Mr. Huang has been retired. From 2006 to 2006, Mr. Huang was Director of Operations of Unitek, Inc., a computer peripheral manufacturer. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Huang was a director of AMK, Inc., a computer peripheral manufacturer in South Korea. Mr. Huang received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University and his Masters in computer Science from the University of Tennessee. |
