He spent over 26 years as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army with responsibility for Intelligence, Security, and Aviation Systems. His assignments included Battalion Commander, Group Commander, and Director of Intelligence and Security, with responsibilities for nationally critical ISR platforms, including the Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS), Airborne Reconnaissance Low (ARL), and the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS). After retiring from the Army, he helped lead two fast-growing companies Radiance Technologies and IRIS (now part of ArgonST). At those companies Don worked closely with a number of U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the U.S. Border Patrol, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Intelligence and Security Command US Army (INSCOM). He has an M.P.A. from Shippensburg University. |
