As founder of The Marshall Group, Don Marshall serves clients in the areas of human resources management, professional and executive search, compensation program design, performance management enhancement, labor relations, and employee involvement and team building programs designed to improve quality and productivity.
Don has over twenty-five years of experience in operations and human resource management within Fortune 1000 companies, closely-held businesses, and non-profit organizations. He has operated his own consulting practice since 1987.
Don Marshall has authored articles on various management subjects including compensation and the benefits of greater employee participation and involvement. He also is the author of two books entitled Effective Techniques for Solving Employee Compensation Problems published by John Wiley & Sons, 1981 and The Four Elements of Successful Management: Select, Direct, Evaluate, Reward published by American Management Association, 1998. He has been a program leader at seminars and a guest speaker for organizations such as the Illinois Manufacturers' Association, American Management Associations, and the Ohio Manufacturers' Association.
Don holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Northwestern University. |
