Don Smithburg Interim Hospital Executive, Hospitals division; responsible for leadership of all freestanding rehabilitation hospitals and long-term acute care hospitals. Smithburg has been a Senior Director of Phase 2 Consulting (a RehabCare company) since September 2007. Prior to joining Phase 2 he was CEO of Louisiana State University Health Care Services division. Smithburg has more than 20 years experience in healthcare administration, advocacy and strategic guidance in the university and public arenas. He holds a master�s degree in public administration from University of New Mexico and a bachelor�s degree in anthropology from The Colorado College in Colorado Springs. |
