Don Holzworth is responsible for strategic development of SRA's health business. Holzworth is the Founder and former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Constella Group, LLC, a leading global provider of health consulting services which was acquired by SRA in August 2007.
Prior to joining SRA, Holzworth guided Constella's revenue growth from $1 million to more than $200 million; increased the company's number of employees from 13 to over 1,500; and broadened the range of the company's operations to 61 countries.
In 2002, Holzworth co-founded and served as the inaugural CEO of Expression Analysis, Inc., a start-up genomic services company spun out of Duke University Medical Center. He now serves as the company's Chairman of the Board.
Prior to Constella, Holzworth spent nine years as a vice president with PRI, a Washington, DC-based consulting firm, leading that company's life sciences business and growth from $6 million to $70 million in revenue before its sale in 1990. Prior to that, he spent five years with Battelle Memorial Institute as a senior research scientist.
Holzworth is an Adjunct Professor of Health Policy and Administration and a member of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health's Advisory Board.
