Don Lotufo, founder of DAL Partners (formerly DAL Associates), has been an executive search professional since 1980. He was Executive Vice President of the national executive search firms Halbrecht Associates and Management Advisors of Princeton. Don brings to the field an extensive corporate background in organizational analysis and human resources. He was Corporate Director of Personnel for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and The Gillette Company, where he was responsible for management and executive staffing, manpower planning and organization analysis. His search practice includes consumer package goods, pharmaceuticals, health care, biotechnology, information services, communications and computers, and financial services. Assignments have taken him to all areas of North America as well as Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Don has earned a reputation as an informed, interesting speaker and writer on the subject of organizational behavior, executive selection, manpower planning and current issues facing management. He is the author of a chapter of Growing The Organization - People Power from R Startup to Market in the book The Business of Biotechnology.
