Don Kelley is a transactional partner in the firm's San Francisco office. He is a graduate of Yale University (B.A., summa cum laude, 1970; Phi Beta Kappa), and of Stanford Law School (J.D., 1973), where he served as editor-in-chief of the Stanford Journal of International Studies. While at Stanford Law School, Mr. Kelley was named the Nathan Abbott Scholar and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Mr. Kelley clerked for Judge Robert F. Peckham, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and for Justice William O. Douglas of the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kelley has been a member of the California Bar since 1973.
From 1981 through 1995, Mr. Kelley was a lecturer on business planning at the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. |
