Ms. Morris has represented a variety of clients in civil litigation, including products liability actions, medical malpractice claims and commercial claims. Ms. Morris also represents various clients in the prosecution of trademark applications and administration of trademarks and in litigation of trademark and patent infringement issues. She has participated in representation of an agricultural company in litigation of an intellectual property matter through favorable resolution in United States Supreme Court. Ms. Morris represented a Canadian publishing company sued for alleged copyright infringement in federal court in the Western District of Tennessee and succeeded in having a contractual arbitration provision enforced by the court. Ms. Morris was also part of the team of Miller & Martin lawyers that served as national counsel for Chattem in multi-district litigation involving products that contained PPA.
