Mr. Textor�s principal occupation is Portfolio Manager of the Dorset Energy Fund and a Partner of Knott Partners LLC. Previously Mr. Textor was a partner and managing director at Goldman Sachs until his retirement in March 2001. Mr. Textor is also a director of Trilogy Energy Trust.
